Where can I review and rate my order?
We are always happy when our customers leave us feedback. If you would like to rate your order, please proceed as follows:
- Step: Click on "Login" in the upper right corner and log in with your user data.
- Step: Open the menu by clicking on the person icon in the upper right corner and click on "My Account" or click here.
- Step: In the "My Orders" section, go to the order details by clicking on "View all orders" at the bottom left of the page.
- Step: You will now find the link "Product reviews"for each order. On this page you can rate each product individually with up to five stars and an individual comment.
- Step: By submitting your review, your feedback will be visible on our website so that it can help other customers choose products.
We deal with any kind of comment openly and transparently. However, we ask you to contact our customer service before placing a bad review. We can solve common problems quickly and unbureaucratically. After all, we want our customers to be completely satisfied.
